Textile utility tube utility model patent is invalid in China
The Patent Reexamination Board of the State Intellectual Property Office made a review decision, declaring that the utility model patent of 201220229261.7 of Guangzhou Tongbai Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. is not creative compared to the prior art, and all invalid.
The utility model patent was applied in 2012 and named "optical cable protection tube", which is actually related to the textile sub-tube commonly used in the communication industry.
Shortly after the utility model patent of Guangzhou Tongbai was invalidated, on December 25, the Patent Reexamination Board made another review decision, declaring that the utility model patent of 201220492870.1 of Changzhou CSG Composite Materials Co., Ltd. was all invalid for the same reason.
The utility model patent was applied in 2012 and named "a braided sub-tube", which is actually related to the textile sub-tube commonly used in the communication industry.
